Chicks started peeping, but stopped and have not popped.

Today marks 25 days of incubation. I have been using a still air incubator and rotating eggs by hand everyday. On day 23 I heard peeping from the eggs but have not heard it since. There are absolutely no pips in the eggs shell and I cannot see internal pipping into the air pocket either. I water floated them yesterday to see if they were good and all 5 came out good, a few shaking the egg while they floated. I do not want to get rid of them but I am very unsure of what I should do. What's you opinion?

You can find one of the assisted hatching threads and post on there, but I have a feeling if there has been no peeping or other signs of life in two days, it may be too late. I personally don't use the water test - I just don't trust it.

I would give up if the shook in water test.
