Chicks taking a long time to hatch?

So, I've been hatching chickens for awhile now, but this year I've done two batches and the first batch only two out of 4 dozen hatched. This batch there is one fully hatched and two that are still trying to hatch. The first chick hatched on Monday, and here it's Wednesday and the others are having trouble getting out of the shell.
I'm just wondering what went wrong, my humidity and temp where correct the whole time.

Sorry that you are having problems. Have you checked/calibrated your thermometer and hygrometer ?

What were the Hens eating? If lots of calcium the shells are hard.

They are eating straight layer ration, 16% protein. They are barred rocks, if that has anything to do with it...

The humidity is too high, that's why their taking so long to hatch....their 'stuck', there is too much moisture in the air and not enough moisture has escaped the egg. Causes the chick to get stuck in one position in the egg, it can't zip.
I personally never go above 65% Rh for this very reason.
