Chicks Twitching

I just picked up 12 silver seabrights and 4 other bantams. They are in the brooder they have all started twitching there head. It is like uncontrolled. They are doing fine otherwise. Just strange twitching. Any thoughts.
 
Could be a neurological virus. Keep a watch, and add vitamins to their diet, just to help. I'd keep them isolated to prevent any spread in case it's contagious. If it progresses...well, then maybe you have to eliminate them, sorry, I hate that.
