Chicks wing feathers sticking up.

Is anyone out there familiar with this? This chick has her wing feathers sticking straight up like a swan!
Is there something I should do? I've googled it and only come up empty.

It's a hybrid. I've got too many to know which one exactly. My purebreeds are Lavendar Americana, Cream Legbar, Bielefelder, and Silver sussex. I also have BLRW and BCM but don't think they are part of the mix. My best guess would be sussex/legbar....? The mix is from the purebreds though and not an F1 mix
