chicks with bubbling/watery eyes

I bought 2 BO chicks from a questionable source 10 days ago. They ate constantly and gained no weight. The area around one chick's eye looked irritated. I wormed them with praziquantel on Fri. Their overall condition seems to be improving. They're more alert and the compulsive eating has slacked off. This morning I noticed bubbles coming out of one eye on each bird. I have them on medicated starter in a quarantine cage with pine shavings in my bedroom. I tried putting them outside but the flies were horrendous.They're fully feathered, I'm guessing about 5 weeks. My main question is can this be cured or will they need to be quarantined forever? They will not be seeing a vet.

I posted a couple articles on worms in that thread... I also feel that the advice I gave re vit A deficiency (and giving polyvisol) is also applicable in this situation (also posted article on that)
