Chicks with bumps

These chicks are about 3 weeks old.I noticed these bumps about a week ago. They are growing. The chicks act normal. They eat and drink. The bumps don’t seem painful. They are not oozing anything. This one on the beak is a little soft. The ear bump on the other chick is pretty hard. Please help! I am a new chicken mama and have no idea what to do for these babies.

The first photo looks like maybe fowl pox? Do any others have similar bumps?

Nope. No other bumps on that one. It’s been growing for almost a week. But then I noticed the ear bump on the other bird just three days ago.

The bump on their ears are their ears and the one on their beaks are their noses

I didn't see that large bump on her beak. Pay close attention to it and tell us if anything changes.

It’s harder to see her bump but it’s just on one side of her head. By her ear. It’s hard.
