My serema just hatched 2 chicks. We live in pa and temps are still not much above 60 during the day. Will the chicks be ok with their mom or do I need to bring them in? Or should I lock them and mom in coop with great lamp?

We have never had any hatch before so I'm all new to this.

As long as she's good with the chicks, I'd keep them with her. 60° weather should be fine. If it's too cold for the chicks, they'll just go under their mommy who is providing the correct warm temperature. I'd make certain that there's no way that they'd get trapped away from the nest to be on the safe side. Just check on them every so often to see how everyone is doing. :)
