My family recently bought 4 chicks (peahens we believe), Two of them have a darker coloring and a red beak, where as the other two are yellow with black stripes and orange beaks. Their feathers seem to be coming in a bit slower, they are 2 weeks old. I just want to know if this is a danger to them and if so how bad? Thanks in advance!

Everything is fine. Chicks of different breeds will develop at different rate.
The red color from the heatlamp is making difficult to see very well. Those look like chicken chicks to me, not peahens. :idunno ( Peafowl hen)
