Ive checked their water-full, changed a couple hours ago.
food-full, added more last night.
heat lamp-they aren directly under it nor farthest from it.
bedding-dry, mostly clean, changed this afternoon with the water.

there are only two of them in a large plastic box, they are three weeks old taday.

any ideas on what to do?

If they have food, water and they are warm enough, maybe they need a dark warm place.

Are they pooping?... no pasty butt?

Just taking some wild stabs in the dark here.

Does their little butt look to have dried poop stuck on it? If it does maybe they are unable to poop and that can hurt. If this is the case try to carefully clean it off with a moist warm cloth.

they are pooping fine, eating, drinking, everything. they went out side with me for a couple hours today and yesterday and really enjoyed it so i wonder if they are trying to tell me that they are bored of their box...

We have one chick that stands on her food dish and peeps at us to come and see her. We visit them for a while and then go back about our business. About 15 minutes later the whole process starts again.

Maybe your babies want attention! I think that's this one's deal. Good luck:) hahaha

Mine are almost three weeks old. we have 16 of them and have them set up in my daughters room. Between the chicks, her three guinea pigs and a new foster pup that is crated in her room at night she hasn't slept in weeks. They are not quite as loud as they use to be but still make a racket.
