i have a 7 week old chick and its still following my hen that hatched it. i wasnt looking for anymore chickens and my hen disappeared for a while and all of a sudden she had one chick. is it ok if i sell this chick to another farmer or should i wait until its older

7 weeks is plenty old enough to be "weaned" from momma. Go ahead and sell it.
