Chilbert and road runner

So these two are chilbert and roadrunner. I'm pretty sure they are both rooms..? But not sure of the breed. Can y'all please help?

The one in the front is a silver duckwing old english game bantam cockerel. The one in back is a sebright but I can't see that one well enough to determine gender.
