chinese goose broody?

He's mixed with African or brown chinese with that dark beak, but pretty nonetheless

If I had to choose only 1 species it would be a toss up between those and my guineas...only because the guineas are good bug-getters and we have lots of bugs!
 
no sign of her, but if the gander is deliberately hiding her- i saw him last evening take off in a determined way off past the barn, so hopefully she is still here.
 
I had an African/Chinese pair do just that. It took me days to find the goose. Most of the time my ganders don't stick close by either, until the goslings hatch.

no sign of her yet- should be getting close to hatching- our property is so rocky and hilly, i wouldn't be able to get through- the gander still disappears for a bit in the evening and comes back and the last day or too has been hissy- any ideas based on his behavior?
