Chipmunks with quail

Hey everyone, I am a new quail breeder, I have rollout cages that have enough space to allow chipmunks to get in and I have seen them around my garage where my wayil cages are. I was wondering if I should I be worried about the chipmunks getting in and attacking the quail or stealing their eggs?

Well, according to what I've read, they will eat eggs and small birds, so I would worry.

Yes, you should be concerned. Anything besides quail in the cage is not good for the quail.

I looked this up and sure enough, chipmunks can be carnivores! Wow! What a trip!

Not so cute and cudly anymore I suppose.

Thanks for all the quick replies, I went out and got some wood, screws, and foam seal. Time to chipmunk proof this garage!
