Chirpy the Easter Egger- Hen or Roo?

Chirpy is looking awfully man-ish these days, and I was wondering if someone with more experience than me (these are our first chickens) could weigh in on whether he's a girl or guy. Chirpy is an Easter Egger, and is mostly black with brown and white flecks. He has a larger, redder comb than the other two EE's that came with him (and are the same age). I haven't yet seen any redish feathers on his shoulders yet. He is a very outgoing chicken- always comes up to me, and isn't afraid to go check out new things. He's 10 weeks.

I believe you are correct in your thinking. He looks like he will be a pretty boy, however.
