Chocolate laced and Silver laced Wyandotte

I would like to buy more chickens but can only have 1 more due to County ordinance. I can not decide if I want a Chocolate laced wyandotte or a silver laced one. I know that I can view stock photos of said chickens but often they are enhanced photos. I would like to see realistic pictures. Therefore, if you have either breed of chickens, would you be willing to post a picture of it? After viewing them, I will be able to make a more informed decision that I will be able to live with. I understand the bird count restrictions, because I have them too, but I’ll point out that integrating a single new pullet to an existing flock can be tough, whereas adding two means that they have each another during this period.

How old would the new one be?

Nice looking birds! We have a couple of GLW`s they are very pretty and have great personalities! Wyandottes are great birds!

Well, I would have to take what I could get. But I did see at least two hatcheries that had the chocolates as day olds. I saw one or two breeders who said the had older ones. I have done this before. I put the newly purchased adult or juvenile in a dog crate and put the crate in the run for several days. They get familiar with one another and then I let her out and supervise and observe so there is no problem I have done a couple of variations of thIs. It always is eventually successful. But my wife always says if i purchase a chicken, I should always order two.
