Chocolate Orpington Genetics

One of my chocolate Orpington pullets has developed odd feathers. Is she a mix of another color? Does this leakage give any indication of what I might get genetically in her offspring? I have a black rooster over her and her 2 sisters, what might I expect of their offspring? Should I just breed them for table eggs? Would all her sisters carry this flaw without showing it?
