It’s been horribly hot here - 33-43°C (91-110°F). To help out my fluffy butt chickens, I’ve made some frozen treat blocks for them. Oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, egg, linseed, green peas. Frozen in silicon muffin liners. Chooks LOVE them

That’s such a creative idea! It doesn’t get too bad here, maybe 33c a couple days in summer, I made corn ice cubes and froze half a watermelon for the girls.
