Choosing between circulated air or humidity in my bator

I am at the point of having to choose between having a 4in personal fan to circulate the warm air in my hovabator or having humidity up until lockdown when I take out the fan. I am sitting at 16%. I am on Day 5 and can't seem to get my humidity up even into the 20's for more than a short while with the fan on.

The circulating air gives me better hatch rates but I have never had humidity this low before. I have over 30 eggs in there now.
