Christmas lights for coop?

Hi everyone! I love the idea of dressing my coop up for Christmas, but have never done so, before.

So, how many of you chicken keepers go all out when it comes to the Christmas Spirit? And if you do, could you kindly share pictures? Thanks to everyone in advance!

I think it would be cute to decorate a coop for Christmas, but I'm not that motivated


I googled something like "chicken coop Christmas" and found a lot of images - some nice ideas. Something simple like a wreath on the door to full blown lights around the coop. If you do decorate - share! I would love to see it

I hang Christmas lights on my Chicken coop...Also string it out to the Duck Pens and sheds...Sure helps me see being the days are so short...I don't get to fancy though...

We are just finishing up our new coop and run and I am hoping to string up some lights around the run this weekend if possible!

Very Nice! So cheerful and you have snow too!

I just turn on the outside lights and give my girls a wake up I suppose. We had 9" of snow over the weekend (a little unusual for Dec. for us) - now my pathways is ice and I don't want to fall and break my rear end. Supposed to warm up and sunny today, so I hope the ice melts.
