Hi all,

I have heard that putting a bit of cider vinegar in the water for the chickens is a good thing, as it detoxs them. What I read was to do this once a month, but I can't find out the ratio's of vinegar to water. Has anyone used this method before? if so, how much do you use?

Cheers,

Ian.

I was advised to use 1 cap per gallon. But if you buy a larger bottle that would involve a larger cap. I have the small bottle so I use that cap, I tasted it and you could hardly tell it was in there. My chickens drink it with no hesitation. I use it approx 1 to 2 days a week.
