Cinnamon Queens and laying eggs

what is the average for them to lay the first egg? Do they follow the guideline of red stars and golden comets etc?

Mine are 17 weeks... They're approaching that age, correct?

Depending on the breed, I've heard others say 20-25 weeks of age for laying.
