Great story! I hate the comment made by the councilman about the cows! What a jerk! I am glad this man is doing what he can to make chickens legal in the area.

I don't see why a few goats shouldn't be allowed. The cow would not be happy in my urban neighborhood.

I don't see why goats shouldn't be allowed, either. As for the cows, that councilman must be oblivious to the fact that there are miniature cows that could possibly be kept in the city.
Kudos to the councilman wanting to make it legal to raise chickens in the city-I hope he succeeds!
