I live in Lakeville Minnesota and have had chickens for over 20 years. The city has just sited me with a violation for having chickens. My house is over 100 years old and came with a chicken coop. Lakeville became a city in 1967 and they have just legalized chickens. Has anyone been able to use a Grandfather law to have chickens? Also they say the chicken coop does not meet their new standards.
