Ckick to chick,,,when to introduce?

Hello! I have 14 hens, who have their own coop and yard. I now call it the retirement village(though they are not fully). My new group of chickens will have a new and really large coop and yard for themseleves. I just received 27 chicks who are now 3 weeks old and picked up 4 bantams and two Americana today...just couldn't help myself. they are only 2 days old. I figure I need to wait a couple weeks to put them togehter, but should I wait longer? Thanks

Personally I would wait until they were about the same size so the older ones don't beat the little cuties up
