Clarithromycin dosage chicken CRD or Coryza ???HELP

3 of my chickens have been sneezing had bubbles in their eyes and one is gurgling can i use biaxin Clarithromycin to treat these symptoms and if so how much do i give i will cut the 500 mg tablet into smaller pieces.also for how long do i give it to them. i have also been giving them tylan 50 in their water and in a syring in there beaks i fed them eggs and used ferret rx and put it on their nostrils

they either have chronic bronchitus
coryza
myco
