Clean out poop during hatching?

Ok, I have duck ,goose eggs in hatcher A few have hatched and I removed them and shells. Some poop fell in water reseviors . I have other eggs that may go as long as another 3-5 days. Can you clean during hatching(quickly). I read alot about the hatching eggs contaminating the remaining ones.....

Clean the water reservoirs out quickly. When you are done fill them with warm water and add a sponge to bump up the humidity again to where it should be. Good luck with the remainder of your hatch!
