cleaning coop

I have a small coop with wood flooring. I am thinking to mix 1 part bleach and 10 parts water to disinfect the coop.
Will this harm the chicken?

I wouldn't think so, after it's well dried and aired out. You don't want them breathing the fumes before that, though.

That will work. Let it dry out, then buy a scrap of linoleum and put that down. Clean up will be a breeze after that.
