clear discharge from 2 day old gosling after being shipped

So my lil pair of gosling came this morning, now I'm noticing clear nasal dishcharge, they are eating and drinking fine, active, and poo'ing. Should I worry or watch and wait?

Is this discharge watery? Could it simply be water from them dunking their heads in the waterer?
Eyes clear? Any breathing trouble?
