Clear liquid leaking

I have never raised quails until now. I ended up mowing over a nest of quail eggs and the parents abandoned it. I have had 1 egg hatch. I looked at my eggs and noticed that one had a clearish gooey liquid oozing out of a hole towards the large end of the egg (which I have facing up). Can anyone tell me if i have a bad egg or if it is actually hatching.

Ive hatched quail a few times and have never experienced that. My concern would be its bad and there is an increase in pressure and could explode. Are there any other eggs in the bator? I would remove it.

I've only seen that from rotten eggs or cracked eggs.
