Clear liquid

There is this clear liquid stuff coming out of my welsh harlequin baby girls mouth, there are two others. I just got them today. One of my friends dropped her but only from like 6 inches and she landed on her body, she's not lethargic or anything she's actually playing with her sisters, any ideas on what's going on with her would be helpful ( I'm not sure what the liquid is really) they can dip their bills all the way underwater. Like I said any ideas would be helpful thank you

She may have just drank to much water, keep a close watch on her and as long as she is acting normal and is responsive hopefully she just drank too much. Keep us updated on how she is doing. How old are they also?
