Clear, runny poop

One of my chickens has been pooping a clear, slimy mucas, sometimes with a drop of yellow or green. When she does this, the other chickens run to eat it. Sometimes the others will follow her around with their beak in her vent looking for something. I don't see any worms or bugs in the discharge. She also seems to be drinking a lot of water and is kinda lethargic. Otherwise, she is fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sometimes when it's hot they drink ALOT of water and that makes their poop runny.
Any panting or holding of wings out from bodies? they might just be hot.
