Clear stuff dripping from duck butt

I was feeding my duck some grass and was petting her i noticed clear stuff dripping from her but area she recently started laying eggs and but hasint for about a week and a half not sure if that due to the weather or has somthing to do with this

I would check to see if she has an egg inside as my duck also had clear liquid cone out and I did find an egg inside of her and started giving her baths to help lay.
