Clipped wings.....still flying!

We have trimmed the wings of all our hens exactly as show on a page we found on BYC. Problem is, they are still flying out of their 4' fencing. I'm losing eggs because they are now laying wherever! We only cut one wing so I'm wondering if we should do the other as well? Even our huge rooster is flying with one wing cut and his hens will NOT stay in if he goes out. Any advice?

Yeah, I'm not sure if clipping helps with just a 4' fence - I've clipped mine and some of them roost on a 4' roost pole (the rest are on lower poles) but none fly out of the 6' fence I have for their run.
