Clipping a beak

How do you clip a beak and what method do I use?

I have a chick with scissor beak. I was told that it may be possible for him to live a long time with a little clipping to make eating better.

This is not an emergency so I got out of that topic area. Can someone here help?

i use a finger nail clippers to clip mine when they are chicks if they need it. go slow and small clips, to much it will bleed
