Clipping Wings

So one of my ducks is flying over their duck run fence. We planned to clip their wings but we looked at their feathers and they still have blood going through them. What can we do? I’m nervous about them flying over into our neighbors yard. They are 11 weeks old.

Shut them in the coop until the feathers have grown out enough to clip them or make a temporary run with a top.
