closed eye, and caughing

I have a hen that has been walking around with an eye closed and now she is making caughing noises. I have her seperated from the flock, but need to know what to do for her.

have you checked to see if the hen has mites? what is the age? what are you feeding her? is her poop normal?

I have not checked for mites, but here are some poop pics. It is very bright green. She has been eating laying pellets. Not sure on the age either, but I was told she was about a year to year and a half.

is she a freerange chicken? grassy stool. also theres a thread on chicken poop. if not, she could possibly be sick. is there yellow mixed in with the green? i believe that means they are ill. sure hope someone would expert advice pops on.

Any smells from her? Could be coryza.
