Closing one eye

My 5 week old RIR all of a sudden this afternoon started closing just one eye. She can open it and when she does it appears to look completely normal. She is acting fine, eating and drinking normal and has Norma behaviors. Any ideas on how I can help her? I am assuming she maybe scratched her eye or for something in it? Any help would be appreciated!

A couple of my chickens do that when I hold them. Is the one eye always closed, or is it just sometimes? Like you said it could be scratched. She should be ok, just keep an eye on it.
