cloudy eye help!

my roo has a cloudy eye what can I do for it??? he also has a respiratory issue that im working on fixing, it is just his one eye what can I do for it? any help would be great.

I just rescued him from a bad home he is in qurenteen on a different premise from all my other birds I will get a pic of it in the morning it's alittle swollen and cloudy I has no discharge from it

Some of the antibiotics for treating respiratory disease are Tylan, tetracycline (Duramycin-10), oxytetracycline (Terramycin), Denagard, erythromycin (gallimycin), and there are others.

You can treat for 7-14 days with tetracycline. On the label it gives directions for mixing a 400 mg dose and at 800 mg dose--just use your judgement on how strong to mix it.

ok thank you! should I put drops in his eye or anything he gets let outside to run for a bit every day clean water ect everyday also.
