I've been lurking for weeks now, researching and reading all about how to start raising backyard chickens. I'm just a wee bit obsessed and a whole lot excited! Thanks to all the great information and posts on here- I feel pretty well prepared for this new adventure. Our chicks are coming in at the end of April so the hubby and I (well, mostly the hubs) have a few weeks to get it all together

We are starting out small with 4 mixed breeds- I would like 1 each Buff Orpington, New Hampshire red, silver laced Wyandotte and Dominique
