The posture says egg bound to me. The vent might be blocked with all the mess back there. This is an emergency situation. Try to soak her in a warm bath, clean her vent and help her relax. You might be able to feel an egg stuck in there.

That poor hen looks to be in rough shape; penguin stance indicating possibly eggbound. However her feathers are frayed and worn and she appears to have vent gleet.
How old is she and when was the last time she laid an egg? Has a rooster(s) been over mating her to make her feathers look like that? Have you inspected her for external parasites especially around the vent? Has she been wormed?

I recommend that you clean her rear end as best as you can. Then soak her in a container of warm water up to her sides for about 20 minutes. The warm water will relax her. While she's soaking, massage her underside front to rear to encourage her to pass the stuck egg. Continue warm water soaks until she lays an egg.

I have a hen that has that posture, and she does not lay. I feel like she has a reproductive disorder, such as internal laying. Her eggs used to have a soft end that frequently broke easily. Your hen’s vent needs bathing to get the poo off. Then after she dries, try taking another picture of her vent. It looks like she has had diarrhea for a bit, and it has caked. It may be irritating her skin, or she could well have vent gleet. That is a fungal disease, but hard to tell. Is she molting or have her tail feathers perhaps been pulled out by the others?
