Co-existing chicks and baby ducks?

I just went and got some babies from TSC and they had 3 CUTE baby ducks. I think they are ruins (sp). They are 3 or 4 days old and I was wondering if I can keep them in the brooder together for a couple of days.
Can anyone help me with this? I'm a second time duck mommy but it has been a really long time and I did not have chicks when I had my 2 ducks. So I need a refresher and of course if I can keep them together for a couple of days.

Okay I just realized what I said so I guess I'm answering y own question here. I will have to seperate them becasue they can't eat eachothers food.
