Here is your dosing for the coxoid 3.84% :

There is no egg withdrawl for amprolium.
I would finish the coxoid treatment before the flubenvet personally, if they are not eating well they may not get a full dose of the wormer. Most wormers come with a 14 day egg withdrawl recommendation following treatment.
Are you seeing symptoms of either coccidiosis or worms? Or is this intended as a prevention?

how long after i finish the coccidiosis treatment may i treat them for worms?
How old are the chickens?
Are any of them currently sick or showing symptoms of Coccidiosis?
Have you had a fecal float to check for worms?

A dewormer is not going to prevent them from getting worms. A dewormer is used to "deworm" chickens that have worms. If there's nothing to treat, then treatment is not needed.

Coccidiosis - if they have an overload or are sick, then treating all the birds would be best. IF they are not sick, then there is no need to treat them.

As mentioned by Coach, IF you are going to treat with the Coxoid, complete treatment before you use the Flubenvet. So I guess to spell it out. You could start the Flubenvet the next day after you finish treatment of the Coxoid.

Do you have a partner, parent, neighbor or family member that can help you with the birds?

You can send poop samples off for testing through the service below or have your vet perform a fecal float. https://www.westgatelabs.co.uk/

Read the label on your Flubenvet for withdrawal periods.
