I usually get the liquid, my understanding is that the powder has a very long shelf life if it's kept dry, out of the light, and sealed well in an airtight container.

I was able to find the one for pigeons in Canada, but all the reviews said it didn't work for their chickens. One guy said he spent $300 on the stuff.
