Cocciprol (Powder) Preventative amprolium Dosage for 3 week old chicks??

Hi guys, I suspect my 3 week old chicks have coccidiosis (I know, I said that last time but I'll just give a preventative dose), do any of you guys know a preventative dose grams/litre of water? I am using amprolium called Cocciprol, which is a powder not liquid. I read the instructions and it's only showing me outbreak dosages, and research on social media and different websites isn't helping. And I might as well as here too, do you guys know a dosage for active outbreaks of cocci?

Vetsense Cocciprol is a 200g/kg Amprolium powder used to prevent and treat coccidiosis in poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks, pigeons) via drinking water. It is effective against major strains like E. tenella and E. necatrix. It has a nil withholding period for eggs/meat, with a 5g per 4L water dose.

• Active Ingredient: 200g/kg Amprolium (as Amprolium Hydrochloride).
• Target Species: Chickens (broilers, breeders, pullets), turkeys, ducks, and pigeons.
• Usage: Can be used for both prevention and treatment.
• Dosage (Prevention): Mix 5g (1 rounded tsp) in 4L of water, or 2.5g in 2L of water. Administer for 24 hours every fourth day during periods of risk.
• Dosage (Treatment): Mix 5g in 4L of water, or 2.5g in 2L of water. Administer continuously for 5 to 7 days.
• Withholding Period: Nil for meat or eggs.
• Administration: Easily mixed into daily drinking water.
• Sizes Available: 100g and 1kg.
