Cochin bantam color?

I purchased some royal palms last week to add some fresh blood to my line and the gentleman had to get rid of this rooster as it was terrorizing the lav cochin bantam he was utilizing for breeding. I have never owned a cochin, bantam or otherwise and was wondering which color this would be considered? I only took him to spare him from the chopping block but he seems to be fitting into the flock today when I let him free range with them.

Thanks thats what I was thinking too, but wasn't sure. He'll have a home here until I find someone who'd like him... IF i find someone who'd like him

Yep, blue. You can tell because the feathers on his breast look 'laced'.
