Cochin, Brahma, Japanese or OEGB? What to Breed?

I recently purchased 4 StRun Bantam chicks for my mother realizing that the odds were likely to get a couple roos. I picked 1 each of the breeds in the subject with the understanding that eventually a little purebred breeding project would sprout.

So does anyone have any input as to what is popular, marketable and desired for sale from these breeds. Is one more interesting to people than others?

The OEGB is blue; cochin- black; Japanese - buff/black tailed and brahma is buff. We think

I think you have to choose based on what you like first, and which you find the most compatible to raise & care for with your facilities on a large scale.

I have 4 main coops, 2 "play areas", and soon we'll finish the 4 small houses for alternate roosters and their gals. With as much room, time & effort as any project takes, I would choose what you like first.
