Cochin chicks. Do I have hens or roosters?

How old is it? I'm assuming it's a bantam? Bantam Cochin boys tend to start growing wattles at the age of around 6 weeks and their wattles and combs grow fast (and red). If this bird is about 10 weeks old or older it's a pullet that's starting to grow her comb. Hope that helps.

With my hatchery cochins, the boys were obvious pretty early with red, prominent combs. If this chick was in my flock, it would be a pullet.
