Cochin? Female?

I have another cochin but have never seen one with ankle feathers?

White Cochin.
I don't see anything unusual about the feathering. That's how it should be. As for the gender, post pics of the comb at 6 weeks.

looks like a proper cochin to me

Could be vulture hocks which would be incorrect for a Cochin. But its to young to say for sure. He/she could grow into them or molt them out.
