Cochin or ameraucana

If you had to choose between cochin or amerucana which would u choose? Im looking at meyers hatchery and cant decided qhich breeds better? I would really like a friendly chicken that likes ti be around ppl and is inquisitive as this chicken will be around family and friends often and will be exploring a decent sized garden area

Given what you are looking for, I'd say cochin

Ameraucana are better foragers, but sometimes can be flighty (although mine is a love bug. Cochins are one of the friendliest breeds. If you can, maybe try a couple of each? Neither is an aggressive breed, so they should be fine around people!
