Cochin rooster needs a new home

When I received my chicks from the hatchery, they sent a "surprise" one that has turned out to be a rooster. I cannot keep him.

He is 11 weeks old, and a very sweet boy. Would like to find him a new home.

I am in Bothell, Snohomish County.

Is he tiny or large? He looks adorable, can't take any roosters right now, what state are you in? That may help people decide to take him.

I am in Washington State. He had been smaller than the rest but catching up fast.

He is very cute! I'm not sure 8f he is a bantam or standard.
